When is the hotel reopening?

We are excited to announce that The Whitney Hotel will be accepting reservations beginning on Wednesday, July 1st. 

Is Peregrine open? 

Yes, Peregrine will be open for grab and go breakfast orders beginning on July 2nd as well as for in-room dining. Please visit www.peregrineboston.com/ to view upcoming details as they plan to reopen. 

Is the fitness studio open?

Yes, our fitness studio is open. Please contact a guest service associate at the front desk to reserve a workout time in advance. Due to the intimate setting of the studio, we are limiting the use to one person per session or two people per session if you’re traveling together. 

Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?

Yes, following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces of the hotel.

Is the courtyard open? 

Yes, our courtyard garden is open from June through August from 8 am to 9:30 pm. Please practice social distancing when enjoying the space. 

Are the Whitney bicycles available?

Yes, there’s no better way to get around Beacon Hill than by bike! Please reserve one of our bicycles and locks with our guest services team members. 

Is valet/or self parking available?

Yes, valet parking is available. Please pull up directly in front of the hotel and one of our guest service team members will assist you. 

What else should I know prior to arrival?

We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Please contact guest services and we’ll happily deliver them to your guest room.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? 

If you have an upcoming reservation with us and need to cancel for any reason, please know all cancellation fees will be waived, deposits and advance purchase payments will be refunded for stays through August 31st.
