All Rest Assured protocols are aligned with the minimum standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). Cleaning protocols were developed with guidance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Restaurant Association (NRA), and the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).
Beginning January 15, 2022, visitors must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter the hotel. The verification can be done with:
- A CDC vaccination card
- A digital image of your CDC card
- An image of any official immunization record
- A City of Boston app or any other COVID vaccine verification app
